Turnover-service FAQs

Set expectations before the first stay

A clear property plan gives everyone the same understanding of timing, access, supplies, laundry, and communication.

Can you complete a same-day turnover?

Yes. Scheduled same-day turnovers can be accommodated when the guest checkout, property access, cleaning window, and next check-in are confirmed in advance. Last-minute requests remain subject to availability.

Do you handle laundry and change linens?

Yes. Laundry handling, linen changes, and bed preparation can be included in the property’s agreed turnover plan. We’ll confirm where laundry is completed and how linens are organized during setup.

Can you restock guest supplies?

Yes. Coastal Grace can restock agreed supplies and amenities from the inventory available at the property. The owner or property manager remains responsible for maintaining adequate inventory unless another arrangement is confirmed.

Will I know when the turnover is complete?

Yes. Completion photos are included so you have a clear update after service. We’ll also report visible damage, missing items, apparent maintenance needs, or unusual property conditions we observe.

Is this a formal property inspection?

No. Turnover service includes an attentive visual check and communication of concerns observed during normal cleaning. It is not a formal inspection, inventory audit, or maintenance diagnosis.
